Mit insgesamt 4 Mitarbeitern in der Buchhaltung spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der finanziellen Integrität des Unternehmens.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung aller anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle (Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sachkonten und Banken)
  • -Forderungsmanagement inkl. Mahnwesen
  • -Durchführung und Verbuchung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Verbuchung der Kasse
  • -Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Steuerfachangestellte/r
  • -Erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
  • -Sie arbeiten selbstständig, gewissenhaft, zuverlässig, pragmatisch und teamorientiert
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP FI und Datev
