Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Haan einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Finanzbuchhaltung in Vollzeit .

Die personal way GmbH ist Ihr Personalvermittler für Fach- und Führungskräfte im Herzen von Solingen. Einige unserer Mitarbeiter profitieren von einer 15jährigen Branchenerfahrung aus dieser Region.

Unser Kunde ist ein inhabergeführtes Unternehmen mit 45 Angestellten. Das Unternehmen blickt auf eine lange Firmengeschichte zurück und ist trotzdem hochmodern organisiert.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung der Eingangsrechnungsverarbeitung
  • Buchung von manuellen Belegen
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs Inland / Ausland
  • Kontenklärung
  • Kostenrechnung inklusive interner Monatsabschlüsse
  • Personalverwaltung
  • Durchführung / Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen der Finanzverwaltung
  • Vorbereitende Arbeiten, Quartalsabschlüsse und Jahresabschlüsse

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Grundkenntnisse in Datev
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS- Office
