Aufgabengebiet

  • Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, einschließlich Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • -Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • -Abstimmung von Konten und Klärung von Differenzen.
  • -Bearbeitung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
  • -Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen und der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüfern.
  • -Pflege und Aktualisierung der Buchhaltungssoftware.
  • -Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen für das Management.
  • -Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse im Bereich Buchhaltung.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting & Finance.
  • -Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche.
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • -Kenntnisse in steuerlichen und rechtlichen Vorschriften.
  • -Eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise.
  • -Freude an der Arbeit im Team und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.
