Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Heilbronn zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Finisher Anbau (m/w/d) in Weinsberg.

Aufgaben:

  • Fertigen von Rohkarossen im Schichtbetrieb anhand standardisierter und beschriebener Arbeitsabfolgen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeit
  • Einstellung der Spaltmaße
  • Montage von Türen und Klappen, Einstellen der jeweiligen Fugen in den Übergangsbereichen
  • Eigenständiges Überprüfen der Qualitätsmerkmale im Rahmen der Werkerselbstprüfung und einfachstes Dokumentieren der Ergebnisse
  • Mitwirkung im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Karosseriebauer wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Montage von Türen und Klappen, sowie dem damit verbunden Einstellen der jeweiligen Fugen in den Übergangsbereichen
  • Erfahrung im Karosseriebau
  • Erfahrung im der Serienfertigung für die automotive Erstausrüstung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
  • Kommunikationsfreude
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Dreischichtsystem
