We are looking for Finishing Production Associates to join our team—individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Position Overview

As a Finishing Production Associate, you will play a key role in the final stages of production—ensuring products are completed, inspected, and prepared to meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles.

Key Responsibilities

Support production operations by assisting with finishing processes

Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment

Load materials and keep production equipment running efficiently

Inspect product to ensure quality and accuracy

Assist machine operators during setup and changeovers

Follow job tickets, instructions, and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Skills & Qualifications

Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required)

Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and measurement skills

Strong work ethic and reliability

Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Ability to work on a production floor for extended periods

Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Rotating schedule averaging 7 working days out of every 14-day period

Overtime may be required based on production volume, business needs, or vacation coverage

Shift differential pay available
