  • Betreuung und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen und Endgeräten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Hardware-, Software- und Infrastrukturstörungen
  • Bearbeitung eskalierter Support-Tickets im Second-Level-Support
  • Unterstützung bei Server-Updates und IT-Projekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im Anwender- oder Infrastruktursupport
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Hardware, Software und Fehleranalyse
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
