Deine Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung im Inbound
  • Technischer Support im Electronic-Banking
  • gutes technisches Verständnis (z.B. Office, Internet, Browser, Mobile Apps)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
