wir sind ein ambulantes Rehazentrum in Köln-Poll mit den Indikationen Kardiologie und Pneumologie. Neben dem Geschäftszweig Reha werden wir Ende des Jahres einen Fitness Selbstzahlerbereich mit hochmodernen Geräten und tollem Ambiente eröffnen.

Wir suchen nun jemanden, der/die gerne die Mitglieder von Anfang an auf der Trainingsfläche betreut und uns bei der Mitgliedergewinnung unterstützt. Die stelle ist zunächst auf 10-20 Stunden pro Woche ausgeschrieben.

Deine Aufgaben (grob):

  • Betreuung der Kunden auf der Trainingsfläche
  • Vorverkauf, Probetrainings, Interessenten, Onboarding
  • Abo-Verwaltung
  • Mitgliederpflege
  • Mail/Telefon Kommunikation mit Kunden

Erfahrung im Krafttraining mitbringst und auch hier schon mit Kunden auf der Trainingsfläche gearbeitet hast. Vorteilhaft ist, wenn Du im Sport mit älteren Menschen Erfahrung hast und gerne mir Menschen ü50 arbeitest.
