Über die Stelle

Pflegeunion sucht eine anerkannte Pflegefachkraft für die ambulante Pflege in Duisburg und Umgebung. Die Tätigkeit umfasst die eigenverantwortliche pflegerische Versorgung von Patienten in deren Zuhause.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei Patienten zu Hause
  • Beurteilung des Pflegebedarfs und Erstellung individueller Pflegepläne
  • Durchführung medizinischer Maßnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität der Patienten
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Professionelle Kommunikation mit Patienten, Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam
  • Einhaltung der geltenden deutschen Pflege-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Regelmäßige Hausbesuche im zugewiesenen Versorgungsgebiet

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene und in Deutschland anerkannte Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
  • Fahrerlaubnis (gültig)
  • Bereitschaft zur ambulanten Versorgung und regelmäßigen Hausbesuchen
  • Einfühlsames, zuverlässiges und professionelles Auftreten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
