Fleischermeister / Fleischer (m/w/d) mit Führungspotenzial gesucht

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und qualifizierte Fachkraft im Fleischerhandwerk, die perspektivisch Verantwortung übernehmen und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Betriebs beitragen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung und Verarbeitung hochwertiger Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Sicherstellung und Kontrolle von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)
  • Organisation und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen in der Produktion
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitwirkung bei Warenbestellung, Kalkulation und Lagerführung
  • Perspektivisch Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie erste Führungskompetenzen bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu entwickeln
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und unternehmerisches Denken
