  • Vorbereitung der Waren und der Theke in unserem Werksverkauf
  • Kundenberatung und -bedienung
  • Aktiver Verkauf und Warenpräsentation
  • Preisauszeichnung und Sortimentspflege
  • Servicetätigkeit während des Mittagstischangebots
  • Gewährleistung von Frische und Sauberkeit
  • Einsatzplanung des Personals in Vertretung des Leiters Werksverkauf
  • Berufsausbildung zum Fleischer (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Wurst- und Fleischherstellung mit entsprechender Warenkenntnis
  • Begeisterung für den Verkauf und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereischaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh und Spät) sowie zur Samstagsarbeit
