Der EDEKA-Neukauf im Ortskern von Fritzlar sucht zum nächstmöglichen Einstellungstermin zur Verstärkung seines Teams ab sofort

Metzger / Fleischer (m/w/d) oder/ und einen Helfer zur Unterstützung in der Fleischerei in VZ/ TZ.

Gerne können Sie sich auch bewerben, wenn Sie Kenntnisse aus der Gastronomie im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln besitzen, da wir auch kalte und warme Gerichte in unserem Angebot führen, deren Zubereitung und Anrichten dann auch zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören würde.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine VZ oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 25 - 40 Wochenstunden ab 06:00 Uhr bzw. nach Absprache.

Die Arbeitszeiteinteilung erfolgt nach gemeinsamer Absprache innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten.

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • zerlegen das Fleisch in Teile, bereiten es zum Verkauf vor oder verarbeiten es zu Fleisch- und Wurstwaren weiter.
  • berufstypische Tätigkeiten im Fleischerhandwerk
  • Bearbeitung von Fleisch
  • Sauberkeit des Verkaufsraumes
  • Anrichten von kalten und warmen Speisen und Snacks

Ihr Profil:

  • möglichst abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fleischer oder mindestens Berufserfahrung im Fleischerhandwerk
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
