KG mit ca. 80 Mitarbeitern hochwertige Fleisch- und Wurstwaren. Die Schwerpunkte liegen im Bereich der Brühwurst-, Kochpökelwaren- und Rohwurstproduktion. Unsere Kunden sind alle namhaften Handelspartner im deutschen und europäischen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel.

Für unseren Produktionsbereich in Drei Gleichen, OT Günthersleben suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n qualifizierte/n

Fleischer oder Koch (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Warenannahme von Rohmaterialien nach Vorgabe der Produktspezifikation
  • Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Brätherstellen nach Vorgabe der Rezepturen
  • Mischen des verwogenen Materials unter Zugabe von Gewürzen und Zusatzstoffen
  • Wurst füllen
  • Begleiten und Kontrolle aller Prozesse zur Herstellung von Wurstwaren
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fleischer/in
  • Qualitäts- und Hygieneverständnis
  • Zuverlässigkeit/ Teamfähigkeit/ Flexibilität
  • MS-Office und SAP Kenntnisse bzw. die Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
