Deine Aufgaben

  • Herstellung unserer Fleisch- und Wurstspezialitäten mit Leidenschaft und Qualität
  • Gestaltung und Pflege der Fleisch-, Wurst- und Käsetheke
  • Freundliche, kompetente Beratung und Bedienung unserer Kund:innen
  • Durchführung von Frische- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Bestellung der Ware sowie Durchführung von Inventuren
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der Hygiene- und HACCP-Vorgaben

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer:in oder Fleischermeister:in
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Fleischerhandwerk
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen und ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
