Die Metzgerei Quanz garantiert ihren Kundinnen und Kunden, dass sie nur mit Fleisch- und Wurstwaren von gesunden, richtig ernährten hiesigen Tieren versorgt werden.

Wir suchen einen Fleischer (m/w/d) oder Fleischermeister (m/w/d) für folgende Tätigkeiten:

· Herstellung von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren sowie Pökelware

· Zerlegung von Rind- und Schweinefleisch sowie Vorbereitung für dessen Verkauf

· Beurteilung der Fleischqualität und dementsprechende Sortierung

· als Ladenmetzger die Organisation und Koordination von Waren sowie die Unterstützung im Verkauf

· Mithilfe beim Partyservice

· Ausführung und Einhaltung der betrieblichen Hygienemaßnahmen

· Grillen und Verkauf im Imbisswagen
