Als Metzger*in in der Alpenmetzgerei bist du zuständig für das fachgerechte Zerlegen und Zuschneiden, sowie für das Füllen und Selchen unserer Wurst- und Fleischwaren. Du bedienst verschiedenste Füll- und Spritzanlagen und trägst deinen Teil dazu bei, dass wir zu jeder Zeit höchste Qualität ausliefern können. Zusammen mit dem Team in der Produktion hältst du dich an die Hygienevorschriften und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fleischverarbeiter*in (Metzger*in) oder ähnliche Berufsausbildung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Konsequenz in der Sicherstellung der Frische und Produktqualität
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Fleischproduktion von Vorteil
