- Fachgerechtes Zerlegen und Verarbeiten von Fleisch
- Herstellung von Fleischwaren
- Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Mitwirkung bei der Produktentwicklung und Veredelung regionaler Spezialitäten
- Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metzger/Fleischer, vergleichbare Qualifikation oder jahrelange Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fleischverarbeitung und -veredelung
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Handwerk
- sichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eigenes KFZ zur Erreichung des Dienstortes
