Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 3.045,00 brutto pro Monat. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Zerlegung von Fleischwaren nach Qualitätsstandards
  • Bedienung von Maschinen und Geräten zur Fleischverarbeitung
  • Kontrolle der Fleischqualität hinsichtlich Frische, Herkunft und Beschaffenheit
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP, Lebensmittelhygiene)
  • Dokumentation, Kennzeichnung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Pflege und Sauberhaltung des Arbeitsplatzes sowie der verwendeten Werkzeuge und Maschinen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer:in, Metzger:in oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
  • Fundiertes Wissen in Fleischzerlegung, Wurstherstellung und Verarbeitung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, Genauigkeit und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Kenntnisse in Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
