### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Das selbstständige Einrichten der Maschinen
  • Vorbereitung für die Wurstproduktion (Kutterfleisch)
  • Vorbereitung der Gewürzmischungen für die einzelnen Produktchargen
  • Bedienen der Maschinen (Wolf, Menger, Kutter, Rauch- und Kochanlagen)
  • Kesseldienst für die Kochwurstherstellung
  • Dosen und Gläser einkochen
  • Diverse Wurstsorten füllen, aufhängen und verpacken
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
