Wir suchen zur sofortigen oder späteren Arbeitsaufnahme eine Fleischerin bzw. einen Fleischer, wegen Produktionserweiterung.

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Zerlegung
  • Wurstherstellung nach betriebseigenen Rezepten

Voraussetzung:

  • Kenntnisse in der Herstellung von Koch-, Brüh-, Rohwurst und von Feinkost und Konserven
  • Fleischteilstücke für den Verkauf auslösen, zuschneiden und zur Präsentation herrichten
  • Alle Grundlagen der Schlachtung und Vermarktung von Fleischerzeugnissen
