Für unseren EDEKA-Markt in Osterrönfeld suchen wir zu sofort oder später

### eine/n Fleischer/in (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Arbeitszeiten verteilen sich auf Montag - Samstag in der Zeit von 5.00-20.00 Uhr je nach Dienstplan.
  • Die Frühschicht beginnt um 5 Uhr und die Spätschicht endet um 20 Uhr.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zerlegen und Zuschneiden von Fleischteilen
  • Herstellung von Wurstwaren und Feinkostprodukten
  • Vorbereitung und Präsentation der Ware für den Verkauf
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards nach HACCP

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Kenntnisse in Hygienevorschriften und Fleischverarbeitung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Lebensmitteln
