# Fleischer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben: 

  • Zerlege-/Feinzerlegetätigkeiten
  • Herstellung von Fleischzubereitungen
  • Wurst- und Schinkenherstellung
  • Herstellung von Hackfleischprodukten
  • Frischfleischkommissionierung für Filialen und externe Kunden
  • Lagerbewirtschaftung und Bestandsführung
  • Inventurerfassung
  • Reinigungstätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer / Metzger (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • handwerkliches Geschick und Fachwissen im Bereich Fleischverarbeitung
  • sorgfältige und hygienebewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
