Die Gaiser Fleisch GmbH ist aus einem traditionsreichen Familienbetrieb in Sachen Zerlegung nach EG-Richtlinien und Fleischgroßhandel hervorgegangen. Wir betreiben das Fleischer-Handwerk seit 3 Generationen. Sie finden bei uns Rind- und Schweinefleisch in mehrfach zertifizierter Qualität. Täglich liefern wir unter der Woche frisch aus dem Schwarzwald an Metzgereien und Gastronomie in der Region.

Ab sofort möchten wir unser Team durch eine/n

  • Fleischer/in (m/w/d) in der Fleischzerlegung
  • 4 Tage pro Woche (Montag – Donnerstag) oder
  • 5 Tage pro Woche (Montag – Freitag)

ergänzen.

  • Ihre Arbeitszeit beginnt frühmorgens um 3:00 Uhr und endet um ca. 13 Uhr mittags.
  • Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit dem Messer und haben Erfahrung in der Fleischzerlegung.
