  • Unser Anspruch: nachhaltige Tierhaltung, hochwertige Bio-Produkte und ehrliches Handwerk. In unserer hofeigenen Fleischerei verarbeiten wir Fleisch aus eigener ökologischer Tierhaltung sowie aus Wildbeständen aus der Region – mit Respekt vor Tier, Natur und Mensch. 🌿🐂.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zerlegung, Verarbeitung und Veredelung von Fleisch aus eigener Bio-Tierhaltung und Wildbret 🍖
  • Einhaltung hoher Hygienestandards und Qualitätsvorgaben 📈
  • Mitarbeit bei der Produktentwicklung für unseren Hofladen und die Gastronomie 🍴
  • Pflege und Wartung der Maschinen und Arbeitsmittel 🛠️
  • Gelegentliche Kundenberatung im Direktverkauf (z. B. bei Events oder im Hofladen) 📢

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer/in oder Metzger/in 📚
  • Leidenschaft für hochwertiges Fleisch und handwerkliche Verarbeitung❤️
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Wildverarbeitung oder Interesse, sich in diesen Bereich einzuarbeiten 🦌 🐃
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sauberkeit und Teamfähigkeit 🤝
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil 🚗
