Wer wir sind:

Der Moorweghof ist ein familiengeführter landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb mit ca. 35 Mitarbeitenden, eigener Hoffleischerei und EU-zertifiziertem Schlachthaus. Unter der Leitung von Florian Dressler stehen bei uns Nachhaltigkeit, Tierwohl und Qualität im Mittelpunkt. Vom Acker bis zur Fleischtheke – bei uns liegt alles in einer Hand: Zucht, Haltung, Schlachtung und Verarbeitung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verarbeitung und Zerlegung von Fleisch aus eigener Schlachtung
  • Herstellung hochwertiger Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Mitgestaltung von Produkten für Hofladen & Märkte
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitarbeit an einem modernen, gut ausgestatteten Arbeitsplatz

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer (m/w/d) – oder Motivation als Berufseinsteiger in den Beruf zu starten
  • Leidenschaft für handwerkliche Verarbeitung und hochwertige Lebensmittel
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein & PKW wünschenswert (für die Erreichbarkeit)
