  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, die Ware zu zerlegen, vor- und zuzubereiten, zu veredeln, sowie Spezialitäten herzustellen.
  • Das Vorbreiten und Portionieren von Fleischprodukten für den Verkauf liegt in Ihrer Hand.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überprüfung der Produkte auf Temperatur, Frische, Zuschnitt, PH-Wert, Gewicht, Qualität, der Zerlegedaten sowie die Herkunftskennzeichnung und Verpackung.
  • Bei Bedarf bedienen und beraten Sie unsere Kundschaft mit Freunde.

### Erkennen Sie sich wieder?

  • Vorzugsweise sind Sie im Fleischhandwerk ausgebildet - auch erfahrene (Früh-)Rentner sind herzlich Willkommen.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über den Sachkundenachweis nach der Lebensmittelverordnung, diesen können Sie aber auch bei uns erwerben.
  • Neben guten Warenkenntnissen sind Sie vertraut mit den gesetzlichen Vorschriften, den Abläufen der Produktion und im Verkauf.
