## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte Schlachtung und Zerlegung der Schweine und Schweineteilstücke
  • Produktion von Brüh-, Roh- und Kochwurst, Roh- und Kochpökel sowie Convenience Produkten
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Produktionstage
  • Strikte Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften für Arbeitssicherheit und Hygiene

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fleischer / Metzger (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsqualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Fleisch-/Lebensmittelverarbeitung (wünschenswert)
  • Teamplayer mit einer ausgeprägten selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (wünschenswert)
