  • Wir sind eine traditionsreiche Metzgerei in Witten Bommern. Bei uns stehen Qualität, Frische, artgerechte Tierhaltung und handwerkliches Können im Mittelpunkt. Werden Sie Teil unseres motivierten Teams und gestalten Sie Thieles Hofladen mit Ihrer Leidenschaft für gute Lebensmittel mit.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Zerlegung und Zuschnitt: Fachgerechtes Zerlegen von Fleisch sowie die Veredelung von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren.
  • Spezialitätenherstellung: Eigenständige Herstellung von feinen Wurstwaren und Grillspezialitäten nach eigenen Rezepten.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Frischestandards sowie die Einhaltung aller HACCP- und Hygienerichtlinien.

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Metzger / Fleischer (m/w/d).
  • Leidenschaft: Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für das Fleischerhandwerk.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Zuverlässige, saubere und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen.
