Wir suchen Fleischer/ Zerleger m/w/d mit Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit, auch Quereinsteiger*innen.

Aufgaben:

Schlachten und Zerlegen

Portionieren, Zuschneiden und Vorbereiten für die Weiterverarbeitung oder den Verkauf

Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß HACCP

Qualitätskontrolle des Fleisches (Frische, Beschaffenheit, Hygiene)

Bedienung und Pflege der Arbeitsgeräte und Maschinen

Ordnungsgemäße Lagerung und Kennzeichnung der Ware

Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer/Metzger oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schlachten und Zerlegen

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fleischverarbeitung und Hygienevorschriften

Körperliche Belastbarkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
