### Fleischermeister / Fleischergesellen (w/m/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Herstellung von hochwertigen Fleisch- und Wurstwaren nach traditionellen Rezepten und hauseigenen Kreationen
  • Bedienung und Pflege der Maschinen und Geräte
  • Entwicklung neuer Produktkreationen und Optimierung bestehender Produkte & Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien (HACCP)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Herstellung von Brüh-, Roh- und Kochwurst

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metzger, Fleischer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Haben mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
  • Leidenschaft für handwerkliche Fleischverarbeitung und einen hohen Anspruch an die eigene Qualität
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Gute Warenkenntnissen & Vertrautheit mit den gesetzlichen Vorschriften HACCP und QS, den Abläufen der Produktion und des Verkaufs vertraut.
