Hallo! Wir sind die Witty's Gourmet-Manufaktur im Gewerbegebiet von Baruth/Mark, nur einen Katzensprung von Berlin entfernt. Zum 01.04.2024 haben wir die wunderschöne und moderne Landfleischerei von Familie Marker übernommen.

Unsere köstlichen Produkte findest du in unserem Wünsdorfer Laden am Bahnhof, in unserem Baruther Werksverkauf und ganz neu auch in Berlin am Müggelsee. Witty's in Berlin steht für Bio-Currywurst, die du z.B. am Wittenbergplatz gegenüber vom KaDeWe genießen kannst.

Wir produzieren jede Menge Currywurst und sind stolz auf unsere leckeren regionalen Fleisch- und Wurstwaren.

Aktuell sind wir ein kleines Team (drei Fleischermeister/innen und mehreren Gesellen und Produktionsmitarbeiter/innen). Dadurch dass wir gerade eine neue Filiale eröffnet haben und neue Gastronomie-Großkunden beliefern, benötigen wir dringend Verstärkung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellen von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren nach unseren Rezepturen
  • Einhalten von Hygienestandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Warenannahme, Lieferungen zusammenstellen, Lagerverwaltung, Kommissionieren...

Was wir bieten:

  • Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag
  • Arbeit ausschließlich von Montag - Freitag, nur im Frühdienst (ab 03:00 Uhr) und immer mittags Feierabend
  • 25% Nachtzuschlag für die Arbeitszeit vor 06:00 Uhr
  • 50 € steuerfreie Sachzulage jeden Monat in Form einer Gutscheinkarte

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fleischer/in oder Erfahrung in der Branche
  • Du hast einen Meistertitel? Auch super! Ohne, auch kein Problem.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer: Die Produktion unserer Fleisch- und Wurstwaren geht Hand in Hand
  • Du bist zuverlässig und körperlich normal belastbar
  • Du bist ein Frühaufsteher oder könntest einer werden
