  • Die Fa. Emil Färber versteht sich als regionaler Partner und Mittler zwischen dem landwirtschaftlichen Erzeuger und den Fleischfachgeschäften aus der Region. Folgerichtig betreibt Färber bis heute sämtliche Schlachtstätten als öffentliche Schlachthöfe.
  • Dies ermöglicht unseren Lieferanten kurze Wege bei den Tiertransporten.

Wir suchen schnellst möglich zur unbefristeten Einstellung Fleischzerleger/ -schlachter, gern auch Helfer für die Produktion (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

Zerlegen und Filetieren von Schweinen und Rindern

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fleisch/in vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung in der Zerlegung
  • Technisches Verständnis für Maschinen und Anlagen
  • handwerkliches Geschick und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse müssen vorhanden sein
