2.1 Preventive Maintenance

Melakukan pengecekan rutin sesuai jadwal maintenance.

Membersihkan dan memastikan kondisi mesin dalam keadaan baik dan siap operasi.

Melakukan penggantian komponen minor sesuai prosedur.

2.2 Corrective Maintenance (Level 1)

Menangani gangguan ringan pada mesin/perangkat.

Melakukan troubleshooting awal sesuai SOP teknis.

Berkoordinasi dengan teknisi level lanjutan (Second Level Engineer) apabila kerusakan tidak dapat ditangani.

2.3 Dokumentasi & Pelaporan

Mengisi form service report setelah pekerjaan selesai.

Mendokumentasikan kondisi mesin sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan.

Melaporkan setiap kendala operasional kepada Supervisor.

2.4 Kepatuhan SOP & K3 (ISO 45001)

Menggunakan APD sesuai standar keselamatan kerja.

Mematuhi prosedur keamanan dan keselamatan selama bekerja di lokasi.

Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan potensi bahaya kerja.

2.5 Pengelolaan Spare Part

Menggunakan spare part sesuai kebutuhan dan prosedur.

Melakukan pencatatan penggunaan spare part secara akurat.

Menjaga ketersediaan dan keamanan peralatan kerja.

3. WEWENANG

Melakukan tindakan perbaikan ringan sesuai kewenangan Level 1.

Mengusulkan eskalasi ke teknisi lanjutan jika diperlukan.

Menghentikan pekerjaan sementara apabila ditemukan risiko keselamatan.
