  • Melakukan pengecekan rutin mesin (ATM/CRM/CDM) sesuai jadwal.
  • Menangani gangguan ringan (troubleshooting awal) pada mesin.
  • Melakukan penggantian part sederhana (misalnya receipt paper, cassette, dll).
  • Memastikan mesin dalam kondisi operasional (uptime terjaga).
  • Melaporkan setiap gangguan atau aktivitas melalui sistem/report harian.

  • Menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan area mesin.
  • Melakukan kunjungan sesuai rute dan SLA yang ditentukan.
  • Dokumentasi pekerjaan (foto sebelum & sesudah).
  • Menjalankan prosedur operasional dan standar keamanan perusahaan.
