Floating Classroom Aide

Child Focus

4629 Aicholtz Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244

Hours : Shifts range between 7:00am-5:30pm. This is a full time, seasonal position. You will follow the West Clermont school schedule for summer break and others as well.

Child Focus is seeking dedicated early childhood professionals to serve as a Floating Classroom Aide in an Infant Toddler and Preschool aged classroom implementing a research-based curriculum. Duties include maintenance of classroom, engaging with infants and toddlers, diaper changing and fostering learning and growth. Child Focus is a Gold STAR rated Step Up to Quality Program and provides high quality early childhood services.

Preferred candidates will:

  • Relate positively with young children and families
  • Be passionate about providing quality care and learning opportunities as well as a safe environment for young children
  • Work cooperatively with other team members
  • Love children and wish to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
