Looking for a part-time position with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow?

Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician at Primark - Mall of America Area in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you'll help maintain hard floor surfaces and carpeted areas while operating professional floor care equipment in a high-traffic retail environment.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Primark MOA, MN

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

• •6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• •Approximately 24 Hours Per Week
• •Consistent Morning Schedule
• •Sunday Off
• •Weekend Availability Required

What You'll Do

• •Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• •Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
• •Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• •Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• •Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
• •Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• •Complete assigned cleaning projects independently

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Reliable transportation required
• •Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• •Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
• •Strong attendance and reliability
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• •Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
