Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Shoreview, MN . This position is ideal for someone looking for extra income, a second job, or weekend work while learning specialized floor care skills.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Shoreview, MN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay Every Friday

Shift Schedule:

• •Friday & Saturday
• •8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
• •16 Hours Per Week
• •Consistent Weekend Schedule
• •Great Supplemental Income Opportunity
• •Overnight Shift

What You'll Do

• •Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other floor care equipment
• •Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces
• •Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpets
• •Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed
• •Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• •Complete assigned cleaning projects independently

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Reliable transportation required
• •Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• •Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• •Strong attendance and reliability
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• •Previous floor care, custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
