Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of large retail facilities. In this role, you'll operate professional floor care equipment, clean and maintain hard floor surfaces and carpets, and help create a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.

No floor care experience? We can train the right person.

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hourhour

Weekly Pay on Friday

Shift Schedule:

• •Full-Time
• •3:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• •40 Hours Per Week
• •Consistent 5-Day Schedule
• •Weekend availability may be required
• •Scheduled Days Off Each Week
• •Early Shift - Enjoy Your Afternoons Free

What You'll Do

• •Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment
• •Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine cleaning
• •Vacuum, shampoo, extract, and maintain carpeted areas
• •Clean restrooms and common areas as needed
• •Remove trash and maintain a clean work environment
• •Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• •Complete assigned cleaning tasks accurately and efficiently
• •Work independently while supporting the onsite team

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Reliable transportation required
• •Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
• •Strong attendance and punctuality
• •Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• •Cleaning or floor care experience is helpful but not required
