Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Minnetonka , MN . In this role, you'll help maintain hard floor surfaces, clean carpets, operate specialized floor care equipment, and keep a large retail environment clean, safe, and ready for customers each day.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Minnetonka, MN (Ridgedale Dr)

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay on Friday

Shift Schedule:

• •5:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• •Approximately 35 Hours Per Week
• •Consistent Early Morning Schedule
• •Weekend Availability Required
• •Must Be Available to Work a Consistent 7-Day Schedule
• •Finish Early and Enjoy the Rest of Your Day

What You'll Do

• •Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment
• •Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance
• •Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
• •Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed
• •Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
• •Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• •Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Reliable transportation required
• •Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• •Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
• •Strong attendance and reliability
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• •Previous janitorial, floor care, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
