Stanford’s Restaurant and Bar ( www.stanfords.com ) is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Floor Supervisor to join our team at our location in Seattle, WA in the Northgate neighborhood . We're searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality. This is a part-time hourly position. Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour DOE

Requirements

Requirements:

• •Helps manage the FOH staff including directing work, addressing concerns, and holding staff accountable.
• •Assists management with training new employee
• •Monitors the dining area to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to health and safety standards
• •Oversees the opening and closing procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• •Handles customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies, making quick decisions to resolve issues.
• •Ensures all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• •Maintains an extensive floor presence to support the FOH and BOH staff.
• •Fills in where needed to ensure guest service standards are met and operations run efficiently.
• •Performs any and all other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• •1-2 years related experience, including prior supervisory experience
• •Food Handler’s permit
• •MAST
• •Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays
