Tiwi in der Holtenauer sucht Menschen mit positiver Lebenseinstellung, die zuverlässig und engagiert die Kundschaft betreut. Vorwissen im Bereich Floristik oder Verkauf wird nicht vorausgesetzt. Eine entsprechende Einarbeitung erfolgt vor Ort.

Wir sind von 8 bis 18 Uhr für unsere Kunden da. Für diesen Zeitrahmen können wir über die verschiedenen Arbeitszeitmodelle zwischen 15 und 39 Wochenstunden sprechen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehört insbesondere das Kassieren, der Verkauf inklusive Verkaufsförderung und Warenpräsentation sowie vor- und nachbereitende Aufgaben wie das Verschieben der Warencontainer und das Aufräumen.

Einige Teammitglieder gehören seit über 10 Jahre zum Unternehmen. Hier wird gute Leistung prämiert. Außerdem ist ein übertarifliches Gehalt für uns selbstverständlich.
