Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Florist/in (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in der Große Mühlenstraße 69, 26506 Norden .

### Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Freude am Arbeiten auch nachmittags und an Samstagen .
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung in der Floristik .
  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft für Blumen und Dekorationen.

### Das bieten wir Dir:

  • Flexible Arbeitszeitregelungen : Wir nutzen eine Stempeluhr und Arbeitszeitkonten, um saisonale Schwankungen auszugleichen. Überstunden entstehen nur bei Krankheit, Urlaub und wenn wir gerade eine hohe Auftragslage haben.
  • Vergütung von Überstunden trotz Festgehalt : Entweder werden die Überstunden mit einem Zuschlag von 15% pro Stunde ausbezahlt oder bevorzugt mit Freizeit abgegolten.
  • Ein motiviertes Team und ein angenehmes, sicheres Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Wenn unsere Zusammenarbeit passt, erhältst Du nach Ende der ersten Befristung, einen unbefristet Arbeitsvertrag
  • Du erhältst einen jeden Monat einen Sachgutschein in Höhe von 50€
