Für ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen in Denekamp suchen wir einen kreativen und kundenorientierten Floristen (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. Sie arbeiten in einer inspirierenden Umgebung mit einem vielfältigen Sortiment an Blumen, Pflanzen und dekorativen Artikeln. Wochenendarbeit gehört gelegentlich dazu.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Anfertigung von Blumensträußen und floralen Arrangements
  • Pflege und Präsentation von Schnittblumen und Pflanzen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
  • Auszeichnung und Pflege der Waren
  • Unterstützung im Verkauf und an der Kasse bei Bedarf

Wir bieten:

  • Ein attraktives Gehalt entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung (ca. 2.300 – 2.600 € brutto + 8 % Urlaubsgeld)

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und ein Gespür für Ästhetik
  • Erfahrung als Florist/in oder im kreativen Verkauf ist von Vorteil – auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sind erforderlich, Niederländisch ist ein Plus
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, kreativ und eigenständig
