Du verwandelst Pflanzen in Emotionen – jeden Tag aufs Neue... Du arbeitest mit frischen Pflanzen, Blumen und dekorativen Zusatzartikeln und setzt dein florales Fachwissen täglich ein

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte Verarbeitung, Pflege und Vorbereitung von Schnittblumen und Pflanzen
  • Erstellen von Sträußen, Gestecken und floralen Arrangements
  • Qualitätskontrolle von Pflanzen und Zusatzartikeln
  • Beratung zu Pflege, Sorten und passenden Kombinationen
  • Kreative Mitgestaltung saisonaler Themen (Valentinstag, Muttertag, Weihnachten)
  • Unterstützung bei Warenannahme, Kontrolle und Sortimentspflege
  • Abschreibung und Dokumentation beschädigter oder nicht verkaufsfähiger Ware
  • Mitwirkung bei Inventuren und Bestandsübersichten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Florist\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kreativität, ein sicheres Gespür für Farben, Formen und Trends
  • Sorgfalt im Umgang mit lebender Ware
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an saisonalen Highlights
  • Belastbarkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
