Wir sind ein wachsendes Mobilitätsunternehmen mit rund 60 Transportern (Großteil E-Fahrzeuge) sowie einer wachsenden PKW-Flotte im Bereich Personenbeförderung.

Damit unsere Fahrzeuge jederzeit sicher, technisch einwandfrei und einsatzbereit sind, suchen wir einen\*\* Flottenmanager (m/w/d)\*\* zur Unterstützung unseres Teams.

# 🔧 Deine Aufgaben

### 🚗 Technische Einsatzbereitschaft

  • Tägliche Fahrzeugkontrollen
  • Früherkennung von Mängeln
  • Koordination von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Werkstattterminen
  • Schnelle Organisation von Lösungen bei Pannen oder Ausfällen

### 📊 Operative Steuerung

  • Fahrzeugzuteilung an Fahrer
  • Organisation von Fahrzeug- und Schlüsselübergaben
  • Sicherstellung, dass nur freigegebene Fahrzeuge im Einsatz sind
  • Reduzierung von Standzeiten durch vorausschauende Planung

### 👨‍🏫 Fahrer-Unterstützung

  • Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragen
  • Einweisung neuer Fahrer in Fahrzeuge
  • Sensibilisierung für sorgfältigen Umgang mit der Flotte

### 🤝 Abstimmung im Team

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition und Operations
  • Dokumentation von Schäden und Vorfällen
  • Transparente Kommunikation zu Verfügbarkeit und Risiken

  • Technisches Verständnis (Erfahrung im KFZ-Bereich von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität (auch bei kurzfristigen Einsätzen)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation
