This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Flow Cytometry Field Applications Manager - Upper Midwest/Northeast based in Canada.

  • As a Flow Cytometry Field Applications Manager, you will lead a team of Field Applications Scientists supporting customers, sales teams, and R&D initiatives across a broad geographic territory.
  • You will provide scientific and strategic leadership for the implementation, optimization, and application of flow cytometry technologies and workflows.
  • The role combines people management, technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial collaboration within a life sciences environment.
  • You will help accelerate sales opportunities by positioning application solutions and value-added services around customer needs.
  • You will also oversee technical support, demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and protocol development to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • As a team leader, you will establish best practices, performance standards, workflows, and accountability across the applications function.
  • This is a remote opportunity requiring significant travel and offering the chance to contribute directly to advances in life science research and laboratory innovation.
