Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein renommiertes, wachstumsstarkes Unternehmen im Bereich hochwertiger Wohnimmobilien, einen FlowFact-Administrator (m/w/d) im Raum Koblenz in unbefristeter Festanstellung.

Sie können in dieser Position 2-3 Tage im Homeoffice arbeiten.

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die zentrale Verantwortung für die Administration und Weiterentwicklung der FlowFact Systemlandschaft. Sie sorgen dafür, dass das CRM optimal auf die täglichen Abläufe im Immobilienvertrieb abgestimmt ist und reibungslos funktioniert. Als technischer Dreh- und Angelpunkt zwischen IT, Vertrieb und Management gestalten Sie aktiv die digitale Prozesslandschaft mit und stellen sicher, dass alle Teams effizient arbeiten können.

Aufgaben:

  • Administration der FlowFact‑Systemlandschaft inklusive Pflege aller Grundeinstellungen
  • Nutzerverwaltung: Rollen, Berechtigungen, Zugriffsrechte
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu Portalen, ERP‑Systemen und Marketingtools
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten Betriebs
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Teams bei technischen und prozessualen Fragen
  • Unterstützung bei Updates, Rollouts und Prozessoptimierungen

Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung als FlowFact Administrator, CRM-Administrator oder in einer vergleichbaren IT nahen Rolle
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in FlowFact
  • Technisches Verständnis für Berechtigungen, Datenstrukturen und Schnittstellen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an interner Zusammenarbeit
