Für unseren Kunden Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth suchen wir mehrere Fluggerätmechaniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Strukturmontage Türen. In dieser Funktion übernimmst Du anspruchsvolle Montage- und Strukturarbeiten an Hubschrauberkomponenten und trägst maßgeblich zur Qualität und Sicherheit moderner Luftfahrzeuge bei.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • die Durchführung von Struktur- und Kinematikarbeiten
  • das Vernieten von Aluminiumstrukturen
  • die Herstellung und Montage von Baugruppen und Unterbaugruppen
  • die Bearbeitung von Metallbauteilen nach Fertigungsvorgaben
  • die Integration elektrischer Komponenten
  • die Durchführung elektrischer Prüfungen
  • die Selbstprüfung der gefertigten Baugruppen
  • die Montage unter Verwendung manueller Werkzeuge und Maschinen
  • die Dokumentation sämtlicher Arbeitsschritte
  • die Prüfung von Baugruppen und Türen anhand technischer Zeichnungen

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • eine abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Berufsausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung, Mechanik und Baugruppenmontage
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
