• •Full time physician position at our North Health Plaza location
• •3 clinic rooms and a procedure room
• •State of the Art Ultrasound Equipment on site!
• •2 Clinical support staff in clinic plus a receptionist
• •Join 1 Family Physician providing surgical OB care and 2 OB nurse practitioners also support the patient community
• •Family Medicine department includes 12 additional physicians

• •Salary guarantee moves to production in year 3 (or sooner)
• •240 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO ) for 1.0 FTE
• •$5,000 annual CME allowance
