  • JOB SUMMARY:
  • As the Food & Beverage Coordinator at Christ Fellowship Church, you will create a welcoming space where community happens over a great cup of coffee and exceptional food. You will design the ultimate cafe experience while inspiring, equipping, and leading a passionate team of volunteers. If you love culinary operations, building community, and raising up leaders, this role is for you.

JOB DUTIES:

Build & Empower a Winning Team: Recruit, schedule, and disciple a dedicated volunteer team. Cultivate an environment centered on connection, continuous learning, and spiritual growth, and develop their hospitality skills.

Deliver Excellence Every Time: Drive seamless cafe operations for mid-week events and weekend services, ensuring food and beverages are served on time and delivered with top-tier hospitality.

Drive Menu Innovation & Inventory: Assist in researching, reviewing, and evolving menus and snack offerings that match fluctuating demand. Keep inventory with detailed record-keeping.

Maintain Operational & Health Standards: Ensure top-quality food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation protocols. Keep equipment in prime condition and oversee opening and closing procedures.

Bring Initiatives to Life: Champion key campus initiatives that make Christ Fellowship feel like home, i.e., their free coffee program.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

CERTIFICATES OR LICENSES:

ServeSafe Certification

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of experience in Food and Beverage / Retail / Customer Service

JOB SPECS:

  • Classification: Full-time, Salary (Non-Exempt)
  • Reporting to: Retail Operations Manager
